I came here for an oil change because I live 3 minutes away. This being my first oil change, I wandered in with no clue what to expect, and was told to wait. After about 5 minutes, a gentleman came outside and very enthusiastically invited me into his office. He offered me a seat and closed the door behind us.
I was feeling somewhat uncomfortable at this point, but had never been to an oil change place before so figured I was just nervous. But before I could even explain what I wanted done (oil change, re attaching a license plate, and tightening a loose hubcap), he had already asked me my name, age, where I lved, where I worked, and if I had a boyfriend. His demeanor was too enthusiastic and honestly just creepy.
Luckily, my roommates arrived shortly after me (for or an oil change as well), which diffused my station. We were then seated in a legitimate waiting area. While my car was done in less than 25 minutes, my roommates waited an additional hour before they were told to come back tomorrow, because they didn’t have the right oil. Their car would not be usable until the next day.
When I got to my car, my oil and license plate were taken care of, but a different hubcap (not the loose one) squeals as if it’s too tight.
2 stars because they only charged me $ 25. I didn’t receive any sort of receipt or sticker. If you are a remotely attractive female, I would warn you stay away or bring along someone intimidating.
