It’s hard to say if I can recommend this place or not, since after a number of attempts at reaching them I never was able to get them to call me back. The two times that I did reach someone on the phone, I was told to hold on or to call back, and then never got a person again. To me this is really horrible customer service, and just communicates that they aren’t interested in securing new customers. Maybe they’re so fabulous that they don’t need new customers, but I’m in my opinion everybody should be accorded good service no matter what. Good customer service means that you call people back when they leave a message, even if you aren’t interested in taking their carpet cleaning job.
