Loved this place! Really affordable, good food! We got the hummus appetizer, chicken shawarma wrap, and the falafel wrap. All were very good! The food comes fast, even though they were really busy. The only thing I would say is that they only have a few seats, so if you plan on eating there, you might need to wait for a seat!

Chicken Schwarma’s:
Chicken is marinated and never dry (over cooked).
Lettuce is always fresh and crispy.
Pickles and garlic sauce compliment so well…
It’s like a constant punch in the face of flavor in each bite!
At work it’s hard to get everyone on the same page for lunch. I used to buy a 6pack of Schwarma’s and happily take a few home. Now for lunch I am getting (3) 6 packs and no left over because everyone wants one or two.
I’ve turned so many on to Bucharest and never heard a complaint yet. A lot enjoy the fancy dogs as well.
Thank you Bucharest for doing what you do and making it easy and delicious for lunch and dinner.

Ate there today for the first time and already planning my next trip. Best food in Detroit by far. Get the garlic paste and don’t talk to anyone the rest of the day it will be well worth it.

I have been to this place many times and their food is perfect every time. The only negative is that at both places there seems to be an abundant amount of worthless people standing around and very unwilling to help. I don’t come here for the service though.
Recommendation to the owners… GET BETTER HELP.

I had the chicken Schwarma and it was amazing! Piping hot, fresh, flavorful and the garlic coupled with the pickle set it off! I see why they stay busy. Wish they had these in Cali, they’d be making a killing!

Just as good as the original but with no lines! Schwarmas were piping hot and stuffed with garlicky goodness. The ordering and receiving off the food was quicker than a fast food burger.
