Don’t make an appointment — I did and got a no-​show from them. When I called to ask where they were, I got a lame excuse about not noticing my appointment and that no one was coming. No apology, no offer for discount, etc. Completely unprofessional.
Also, they’re very expensive: it was going to cost over 100 bucks to clean a compact car inside and out (not a full detail, just vacuuming and wash). Obviously, the services doesn’t justify the price

Bought a Groupon for DetailXperts to have detailing done for my cars, an Explorer and a Mustang. It was to be done on my driveway. The detailer showed up at the appointed time and did a fantastic job. Fred spent 8 hours doing two cars. When he was done the cars were almost like new. I will be calling them back and be happy to pay the full price for their ‘Presidential’ service.
