I meant to write this review yesterday but oh well, here we go. I went in to have a couple of services one which included a body wrap. Although the practitioner was very friendly and helpful I didnt appreciate the lack of complete information. First off, no one told me I needed to bring my own towel or set of disposable undergarments. Needless to say my undergarments were completely covered with clay. Furthermore, it was freezing and I had to take a serious bird bath by a sink. Which again I had to use towels I ran out and got before being serviced. Luckily I purchased two. Cant say I will be doing this here again. They really need to step it up. If you are going to offer spa services. .you need a spa environment. Towels, disposable undergarments, and a shower would be great and should be required.
