I recently got allergy tested and am supposed to be starting allergy shots here. The allergy nurses are very nice, but many of the front desk employees are pretty unpleasant. I had a woman hang up on me when I called to ask a couple simple questions.

I have been going to Dr. Brandes for over ten years for all of my ear, nose, and throat issues. He has treated me for sinus infections, sore throats, ear aches, allergies. I recommend him to anybody looking for a top notch E.N.T. doctor.

I went to the warren location and saw Dr. Brandes. I had him do an earlobe repair. He did a horrible job and where the lobe fits together there is a gap. he stitched it unevenly. He also told me to wait to see if it looks better in time and he would fix it at no charge. I waited and it still looks horrible. It is a botched job. I called him to discuss fixing it and now he is saying he will not fix it and he is not a man of his word as he is now telling me no. He has horrible bedside manor and is the most cold doctor I have ever met.
