Please do yourself a favor and never use this service. This is a fraud company and I have images to prove it. They damaged my car while towing and refuse to admit it. Did not give me a receipt for the service. Only take cash to cheat on tax. Even the operator on phone is in on the scam. Owner is no where to be found. Someone needs to report this business already. Shame I cannot give it less then 1 star.

This business practices price gouging. We were charged $ 510 when towed from a private lot in Detroit. Car was stored less than 15 hrs. Then we were told had to be paid in cash to get car. When we received the receipt there was a Visa and MasterCard logo on the top. Businesses like this give Detroit a bad name when the city is trying to make a comeback. Shame on you Express Towing.
