FixTech fixed my iPhone 6 screen and I was very satisfied with the work. It was done quickly and easily. They also throw in a free screen protector which was a nice surprise!

Definitely recommend these guys if you need a screen replaced! Fast & cheaper than the Apple Store!

I had a 12:30 appointment. The guy that came out to sign me in didn’t say a word to me. I was told it would take 20 minutes per their website with an appointment and I was there for 1 hour. When I got my phone back I had to ask where my case was. After that the guy couldn’t get my card to swip on his square. He just stared at me until I told him that was the only method of payment I had. Than he handed me the ipad, again said nothing, and I just typed my cc info into the app. He may be the best phone fixer in the world but Customer service was TERRIBLE.

Ugh terrible. After paying over $ 100 up front they lost my laptop’s information because a laptop (in their office!) was stolen.
It took them over Two Weeks to get back to me and actually order the replacement parts. They promised me a call back when the parts would be delivered which never occured. The following day I called multiple times during their business hours to no response.
Finally I just went to their office in the Ren Cen, and despite the fact that they had the correct parts and had promised over the phone I could come by get my screen repaired and walk out (because of all the trouble from before), on site they refused to do more than merely take my laptop and return it without my oversight at some undisclosed point.
Ultimately I just asked to be refunded since the whole thing ended up being an excercise in frustration and wasted time.
Do not trust this company.

After reading my initial review and taking regrettable action regarding the low rating, FixTech’s owner reached out to me directly. We emailed a bit and he offered to reimburse us for the cost of having our phone repaired elsewhere — a generous and appreciated gesture. While I can’t comment on FixTech Plus’s repair skills, I can say that they made efforts to resolve a bad situation and that is OK in my book.

FixTech Plus is great. I’ve broken my iPhone 5c screen twice now and they’ve fixed it both times. I work downtown and I like that I can stop by their office in the Renaissance center on my lunch break, drop off my phone and they’ll have it back to my by the time I finish grabbing food from food court downstairs. They even gave me a free screen protector on my last trip for being a returning customer. Thanks guys!

What can i say about Fixtech Plus their service quality and customer service is top notch. I did research beforehand and they offer a fantastic-​industry leading lifetime warranty regardless of the time that has gone by. When I came in they told me if my device becomes defective with the part they use they replace it without any complication. They stand by their service and are honest with customers.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! My iPad2 had an diagnosed hardware problem and for a flat fee of $ 100 Cameron met me at a local coffee shop, picked up it up on Saturday. He delivered it working perfectly less than less than 24 hours later. This is outstanding customer service. I will use them again
