This should be a must visit on your list of places to eat in Detroit. Greg is great. the food is delicious — absolutely delicious and reasonable. The ribs are melt in the mouth and the collard greens… well, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed them! Try Greg’s — you won’t be sorry.

I would without a doubt suggest this place! We came by a little early and Greg and his family were so friendly and welcoming it was a great time! We had the dinner plate of ribs, collard greens and Mac n cheese… By far the best ribs I’ve ever had. Greg seems like a real honest and great guy… And I hope to see the business grow!

This is a must to visit if you are in the Detroit area. We stopped by on Saturday, and enjoyed absolutely delicious bbq ribs, homemade mac and cheese, homemade baked beans and wow — the southern style greens are fab. Saw this place on Anthony Bourdains show on tv and just had to try it. The dinners are very generous — you won’t leave hungry. Greg and family are real friendly nice folks and boy do they know how to cook a bbq! Greg has a couple of tables set up in the side yard so you can eat picnic style. Go early — Saturday and Sundays — He starts around 3 pm and by 4:30 or so he was already sold out of the ribs. He also had rib tips, bbq turkey legs, and bbq half chicken. Have to try the chicken next time we go! By the way, it’s the best mac and cheese I’ve had in years. Greg’s is a must try for the best bbq in Detroit area.
