This little place in the Eastern Market is a gem!!! Stopped in to get a convenient sandwich and got one of the best ham sandwiches EVER! They were pretty busy and the order taking /​customer service wasn’t great, but the freshly sliced baked ham that was still warm so it melted my swiss cheese was to die for! I would like to give 5 stars but the cashier /​order taker took our order and didn’t realize for over 20 minutes that they were out of 5 items we had ordered. The guy that was cutting the ham and hustling was great, though!

The corned beef and ham sandwiches here are phenomenal yet weigh close to 3 pounds. This absolutely massive amount of food is accompanied by an incredibly low price, with sandwiches ranging from $ 3-​$ 8. If you’re looking for a quick lunch on a limited amount of cash, this is your place.
