I’ve driven by this place on Woodward for ages. Hannah House has office space for a number of socially minded non profit organizations and happens to have a small café that serves breakfast and lunch with soul. Meatloaf, Mac and cheese, collards, fried fish, etc. Each day has a specific lunch special, so very simple, but tasty.
The staff was genuinely warm and paid special attention to the senior citizens. Big windows that let in a lot of day light, and my nice crispy fish. It’s definitely not a Seva or Hopcat, but I’d def come back if I was in the area and needed a quick bite.
