This McDonalds has the WORST customer service ever… always. They are the rudest group of people and can’t ever seem to get an order right. The only reason you get 1 star is that I don’t have to leave the building when the mood for good fries hits.

First, I used to work at KFC, so I get how a fast food place works. I was here during a convention so I can understand they were busy. However all I ordered was a simple small M&M McFlurry. That’s it. Nothing else. I ordered and stepped to the side and waited. And waited. And waited. And then started to time them on my phone. 15 minutes later, I still did not have my McFlurry, while other people who had ordered after me had gotten their food. Since I know how they keep track of the orders, I was watching the order boards they have and saw one of the girls delete my order off the screen. I then approached one of the girls and showed her my receipt and told her I had not gotten my McFlurry. She apologized and then made it for me. I walked away and went up to my room to eat it, only to discover there was a long black hair (I have light brown hair so it wasn’t mine) in my McFlurry spoon. I was disgusted.
Don’t go here. The Zoups place is way better.

I don’t think I need to review the quality of the food at McDonald’s…However, this post is regarding the service. I have never had to wait longer for my food at any other fast food place on the planet than the McDonald s at the renaissance center. If you want to wait 20 minutes for a big mac come to this McDonald’s!

The service was friendly but so, so slow. My grilled chicken sandwich was good, but my fries were soggy… I don’t mind soggy fries, but maybe other people reading this do.
I’m going to say 3 stars because it’s a McDonalds in a food court. What do you really expect?
