This place is awful. I came in to shop and get prices and the rep tells me «do you plan on buying anything?» I told them that I am looking for a new carrier but not ready to switch yet because I paid for this month. They tell me to come back when I’m ready to buy. That pissed me off, and I left. I walked down to the end of the shopping center to finish shopping and noticed a wireless store inside the Detroit Trade Market, this guy was helpful. Gave me all the options of plans and accessories and was not pushy. He answered all of my questions. Needless to say I did walk out with a new plan and phone from him $ 35.00 a month unlimited talk, text and data. Oh, and he gave me my first month free and didn’t charge me an activation fee.
