Payless

I’ve been here twice, and the manager is always extremely helpful and informative. This place has a huuuuge selection and everything you can imagine in size 12! That’s right world, I’m 5’11 and wear a size 12! This place even has plenty of 13’s AND 14’s! They’ll get my money for sure.
Other than what obviously had to be the manager because she was well spoken, had an in charge attitude, and seemed to actually give a damn, most other staff were pretty ghetto. One was cursing about getting a shoe, loudly. I thought she was a customer until I saw her tag. Another stared me down and grabbed a box of shoes I was near and promptly whisked them away. Again thought it was a customer until I saw the tag. Neither asked if I needed help, not a hello, nothing even though they were looking right at me, eye contact, and both came up to my direct vacinity to get an item. Manager lady found me twice during my visit on complete opposite sides of the store.
Some things you just can’t teach people…

Very friendly staff here! This is one of the newer Payless stores as it was recently I added to this complex. This place is really huge and spacey. It’s not like your typical cramped up Payless that one might go to. It’s very open and airy, and as I stated earlier, the staff has been nothing but friendly here.
Almost every time I stop by here it’s a deal going on or they’re giving out coupons so that’s a plus. I like how everything is organized here and it’s so easy to find great items. Definitely recommend!
