I needed a room in my home remodeled. Leo the contractor provided me with a quote for labor and materials. He did not deliver on his promises. I explained to him several times that I needed an estimate for work on an elderly family member’s home first due to safety issues and then I would possibly hire him to remodel a portion of my home which was a much bigger job. He disregarded my requests for an estimate after visiting my family member’s home and instead decided to give me an estimate only on the work for my home which he would make more money off of.
