Disappointing. I keep going here every week due to the lack of choices but I think I will stop doing so. There is always something wrong. Often the tomatoes are green or the lettuce is brown. They are *constantly* out of things, from bread to toppings to cookies or soda. Not once have they had all four of those at the same time. It’s very annoying to wait 15 minutes in line, then be told: «Oh we’re out of Italian herb bread. Oh we’re also out of roast beef. Oh we’re out of cookies too.» It doesn’t seem to matter if it’s noon or 4pm, always out of things. Management clearly has the wrong priorities. Every single employee is quick to yell«WELCOMETOSUBWAY!» upon every single person entering(very robotic, clearly they will be fired if they don’t), yet the actual service is terrible. When I tell them the machine’s out of Sprite, they just tell me to wait, but they never fix it. Also, they don’t have any system for taking orders. Usually they ask for your order when you’re three or four people behind the counter, and often they get upset when people don’t respond to «NEXTINLINE!», because there’s no eye contact or direction of voice. If there’s a line, they toast the subs wayyy before they even put toppings on, so the sub will just sit there getting cold while 6 other people get toppings. Terrible system. Recently, they stopped accepting gift cards. Just go elsewhere. This location makes no effort.
