This was one of the worst experiences at a fast food place I have ever experienced. The service was extremely slow for the drive-​thru. The employee that gave me my order was very rude when I told her my order was incorrect. I was very polite even though she rolled her eyes at me and questioned me a few times like I ordered incorrectly. She then handed me a soda with soda all over the outside of the cup. I will NEVER go back to this McDonalds.

Dirty. Soda machine often needs refilling and staff often has excuse why they can’t do it right now. Last time I got breakfast, biscuits were cold, hard and dried out. French fries often end up sitting too long (also hard and dried out). Staff people do seem to try. Problem is bad management. McDonald’s used to do great quality control; not anyt more.

In contrast to the Wayne McD’s, this one is the best in the area.
Always gets the orders correct and HOT. I met the owner, he really seems to care whether his customers are happy and satisfied. A few years ago they had a special make to order upgraded menu, apparently it was one of eight in the country. Unfortunately it did not work out but I enjoyed many of the items they offered.

This McDonald’s is special because of Ray and the other staff like Maureen and mike etc. etc. A few years ago and employee named Rita gave me hello Kitty earrings because I admired hers the week before. she lived in Philadelphia and took the bus and probably spent at least and hour to get to work. she no longer works there hopefully, because she’s some corporate executive somewhere because she was amazing. You know sometimes when you go to McDonald’s and the food is not as great it should be? Well, this is not ThAt place, this McDonald’s has fresh food, fun people and it’s worth the trip. I drive past other McDonald’s just to come here. Large Diet Coke with extra ice please!

Why am I reviewing a McDonalds? Because they deserved to be praised. I stop by here twice a week on my way to work for breakfast. They are quick, efficient, and never screw up my order.
I could probably order, pay, and pickup without stopping my car. That’s how good they are. The employees are also very friendly.

Glad to see other positive reviews here. I do not make it a habit to eat at McDonald’s frequently but when I do I typically go in the early morning to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The primary focus of this review is on customer service — I pass by three other fast food establishments on the way to work and make it a point to drive about ½ mile out of the way to specifically visit this one because everyone is friendly.

For a McDonald’s, this one is barley OK. I won’t comment on the food as I’m not a big fan of their food, but my kids are and so I will stop in here from time to time. There is no play area for the kids here, which I’m OK with since that means I don’t have to stay as long. There is free WiFi. Service is a bit slow here and you get the typical teenagers working behind the counter. Half the time, they don’t look like they really want to be here.

i always have a good experience when i go here. they’re quick and efficient. if the drive thru is wrapped around the building, it’s not that long of a wait. if you go inside, they’re usually as quick.

It’s McDonald’s. The difference with this one is the employees. Even in the middle of the mad lunch rush, the employees are always courteous, pleasant, and have a smile. The orders are always right, and the fries are hot.

McDonald’s has great Breakfasts, and their coffee is way better than it used to be. I like that they’re adding healthier options for dinner too. NOTE: Breakfast is served here till 11:00 AM EVERYDAY;-)
