Matt is much more than competent. He’s conscientious, respectful and willing to go the second mile. A tenant at our house brought in bed bugs (yuk!). They had spread to three bedrooms before I realized the problem and called Sleep Tight. Matt stuck with the job and came out repeatedly until they were gone. He made one of the extra trips for free and others for less than expected. He is one of those decent human beings you can trust in your house, and it’s a pleasure to know him.

Having to call an exterminator was a traumatic experience for me. Matt from Sleep Tight was calm, positive and able to manage not only the problem at hand but also my craziness. He responded quickly. He was extremely professional and got rid of the issue quickly. I recommend these guys without any reservations. A++ service.

Alright these guys are great. Brent and his team have been extremely helpful. Living in a west philly 3 story, 6 bedroom house– we can have our issues and they are attentive and have the best prices I could find. Used terminex in the past And I felt robbed compared to them. I, obviously researched better the second time around. They offer a 90 day guarantee! And he extended it another 90 days for a discounted price after my contract ran out. I know I sound like an ad but this has been over a year using them and would not go elsewhere. Thanks guys.

Sleep Tight Pest Control Solutions sent me a quote within hours of reaching out. They were able to come within two days despite inclement weather and it being President’s Day. They were on time, very polite, and despite being the lowest quote I received, our bed bugs are gone with a 3 month guarantee! All questions we had about their services were patiently answered, and their directions for what we had to do on our end were very simply laid out. When I had trouble finding mattress covers that didn’t feel like a rubber sheet for a bed wetter, they sold us some that felt more like fabric at a price comparable to walking into Walmart. I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. I highly, highly recommend them because they helped to make a very stressful situation a little less stressful.
