Maverik

A decent gas station, generally fairly clean throughout the store and restroom which is nice. Gas here can be cheaper than other places or more expensive whether you use the rewards card or not, it just depends on when you go there.
You will typically hear «Hi, welcome to Maverik!» whenever someone comes through the door but it’s nothing personalized, it’s really just kind of thrown out there like a reflex. The hot dogs range from little dogs to really large Bahama Mama’s which taste awesome, I do wish the had buns that could better accomodsate the larger dogs though.
Maverik also tends to be more expensive than other confienience stores so keep that in mind, it’s not hard to spend $ 50 on snacks alone (I’ve seen it done many times).

Every time some one walks in the staff greets them. They have a great selection of snacks, food and drinks. Join the Adventure Club and get $.06 per gallon when you link the Black Card to your debit card. I love it because I do a lot of driving!

Stopped here on the way to Prescott to fill up on gas, take a restroom break, and grab a few snacks. Nice, clean gas station with a convenience store with all of the typical snack items. The bathrooms were clean and employees were friendly. What more could you ask for from a roadside gas station?

This Maverik station has a great location. It’s the perfect place to fill up on gas and grab a cold drink before heading down the mountains. Headed south, gas usually is a few cents less expensive here and they have a great selection of fountain drinks inside.

This is a good big gas station to meet up with others in Prescott if you lose them on I-​17. good for goodies and pitstop and get gas too. its huge and easy to see, easy to find.

Open, spacious, clean and new is what I like in my gas stations.
Its huge in there also. All kinds of goodies to get for your trip.
This was my last spot to get gas before I hit Phoenix. It was also a perfect spot to take the Wiener Dog out to go potty.
This place is brand new. If you try an look up the address on Google Maps it shows an empty field where this place now stands. Weird.
Well lit, spacious, clean, plenty of places for Wiener Dog to potty. The human bathrooms were pretty nice to.
As I was walking her around with my dog, I could hear two owls talking to each other in the trees. It was one of the most beautiful sounds I have ever heard.
