My homeowner’s insurance company recommended this company to me so I gave them a call for what was a small leak in my upstairs bathroom pipe. I called a plumber out to repair the leak and called Allied out to see what I needed to do to dry things up and «restore» my bathroom. I asked them when they came out to see if they only performed the cleanup part of the wet and damaged bathroom and they said «no» during what I thought was just a free estimate. Well, I guess they were not happy that I didn’t end up using them and they charged me over $ 230 for an estimate and said that this was an «emergency» call. Keep in mind that this was no «emergency» since the leak happened over 2 weeks ago and I only called them out because THEY kept calling me to schedule an estimate of the damage. This company will lie and charge you for services that they did not perform. Beware of this company.

Hired this company due to a kitchen remodel. Juan L. was the project Manager. No matter what day, time or problem when we called Juan he responded right away and was always VERY Positive and had GREAT follow up to make sure everything was resolved and taken care of to OUR Satisfaction! We will use Allied Restoration for all of our home needs that apply in the future! Quality Work, craftmanship and care to details!

After an initial hiccup with a first estimator the supervisors and client liason went to great great lengths to ensure I was happy and my consultation and questions were addressed professionally. The 3 people I worked with to get my damages assessed and itemized were all definately solid 5 star rated and truly sincerely succeeded in delivering amazing customer service.
As far as inspecting the damages OP observed key structural details with a keen eye and noticing small details like that are, to us, what really showcased his expertise as a Contractor and remodeling/​restoration specialist.
We haven’t had any of the work done through them yet, but already the efforts they made and plus experiencing the keen eye for detail of the owner leads me to believe they deliver restoration and remodeling services with a committment to true quality.

This is the most amazing establishment ever! They were professional, timely, courteous and made a unfortunate water damage disaster into a very positive experience. Our house was restored to a BETTER state and would refer Allied to all my friends and family. I was so impressed that I used them again for a separate remodel project that is how happy, impressed, pleased I was with them. Thanks Allied!
