Two of my kids have grown up with this martial arts school. They started when they were about eight and twelve and stayed with Professor Bishop through high school graduation and into young adulthood, earning their black belts before venturing off into the world. They have excellent self-​defense skills and great techniques for staying in shape. The students are expected to work hard as well as encourage each other along the way. They receive all the help and attention they need in order to accomplish their goals.
We will always be grateful to Professor and the other instructors for the excellent training they provided.

Started in 2005 with no martial arts experience, stayed with it for the Ohana-​spirit and camraderie, great motivation to stay in shape and learn practical self-​defense skills and attitude. Still learning and growing as a 49-​year old black belt.
