Eating here is equivalent to eating at a friend’s house. You’re not sure how the foods going to turn out, and not sure how long it is going to take. Summation, this place is a real hit or miss, and lately they have been missing. If you’re a gambling man, give it a chance, you may get something edible.

Walked into the bar area and two tables were not cleared and they were clearly understaffed. The nachos were okay and the margaritas were good, but nothing extraordinary. It’s a 3 star review but given the friendly staff I gave them the benefit of the doubt and added a star.

Living in Diamond Bar, this chilis has become our go to sports bar, quick dinner kinda place! We stop by a couple times per month and typically sit in the bar, the servers and bartenders are all really nice! The food is always good and you can’t beat all day happy hour on Sunday’s! Make sure to sign up for their rewards program too for lots of offers, we’ve gotten free apps and $ 5 margaritas before! Yay!

Place is about 1⁄3 full, and at least they are working, but seriously, I was waiting to be helped for 5 minutes, 3 phone calls came in and hung up. Finally a girl came up and asked if I’d been helped, she apologized, but when she found out I was ordering take out, she told me the bartender would help me and sent me over there. Good news, guy at the bar next to me was nice

Food is good, but services is horrible!!! Waited over 10 min to have table cleaned, manager walked by twice and didn’t attempt to be helpful. Some of the staff was on cell phones. Very unorganized.

Love this Chilis in particular probably because it’s one of the«newer» restaurants in Diamond Bar. Also if you live in Diamond Bar, you’ll realize it’s one of the few popular chains that we have here. Not that I don’t appreciate mom and pop /specialty shops, but sometimes it’s nice to just stop by somewhere mainstream. Well anywho, I appreciate the convenience of the location! Right on the corner of the main streets of DB, you can’t really miss it! Chilis is pretty spacious and I’d consider it a clean place. It shares a lot with Target, Starbucks, and a couple of other shops, which is pretty convenient if you needed to pick up a few things at the store anyways. To be honest, I pretty much go for the happy hour! Happy hour is a self-seating section, so there’s no need to tell them the amount of the people in your party. First come, first serve kind of a deal… So keep your eyes peeled! The happy hour/bar side could be a little bigger and may fill up quickly during happy hour, but decently sized during normal hours — So keep that in mind if you go! The servers are really friendly and I love the self check-out machines on the happy hour/bar side(I can’t remember if they’re on all the tables/non-happy hour)! It’s quick and and the tip calculator is so convenient to use :) There’s decently sized flat screens all around the walls of the happy hour section which is pretty nice if you’re there for the sports casting! The best thing about Chili’s: FREE chips and salsa for all! The servers are always generous with offering bags/containers for you to take chips & salsa to-go as well when you ask to pack up your left overs: D Yes, I’d come back! Yes, I’d bring my family and/or friends! Yes, I’m a fan of their happy hour! Yes, I really appreciate the location!

The first few times we went to this Chili’s, the experience was 1 – 2 stars. In the past few months, we have been back 3 times and they have really stepped up their service and food quality. Chili’s is a great place to go if you are craving decent, chain restaurant fare. They offer American Tex-Mex style dishes, drinks, and desserts. It is one place where I can get paleo-ish meals(fajitas, steak and grilled asparagus) without making tons of modifications to what is on the menu. You can sit in the bar(they have decent Happy Hour specials) or opt for a seated table. You may also add items to your order or pay on their small video screens present at each booth which is great if you are in a hurry or need to split checks.

Ok so I just came in here to pick up a to go order that I placed on the chilies app. It’s supposed to be quick right? Well think again! I waited at the«to go» section for a while before someone came to help me. The part that upset me was that 3 servers walked by me as if I wasn’t even there. They didn’t greet me, they didn’t ask what I was waiting for or if I had been helped already, they didn’t say someone was coming out to help me in a minute, nothing they didn’t acknowledge me at all. The bartender had a clear view of me and she didn’t come see if I needed any assistance or let me know she’d call someone. Right when I was going to go find the manager, finally a server came out to charge my card and give me my food. I work down the street and always recommend my guest to come eat here, definitely going to recommend they go to Applebee’s now due to your poor customer service skills.

There is an unlimited enchilada on the menu for like $ 10. I’m thinking about trying that next time whenever I’m hungry and ready to indulge. I recently went there and tried their«craft beer BBQ ribs» along with a side of rice and a corn on a cob. The ribs were delicious, it’s pretty good for a franchise and would definitely recommend it whenever someone wants ribs for a decent price

I order a butter cake to go and asked them to put the ice cream on the side. Not only was the entire piece smaller than the picture but the genius hostess I ordered it from gave me the cake frozen and not cooked. I didn’t realize it until I got home. So I paid $ 8 for a dessert I could have bought and cooked myself from a grocery store.

I don’t understand this used to be my favorite restaurant, but lately it’s quality of food has gone way down. Very sad!

Had a great time and the food was good. Got a sampler platter with fried pickles, honey smoked wings(bone in) and southwest rolls, ended it with a lava cake which never disappoints! The bartenders were friendly and attentive!

Chili’s Diamond Bar On Grand right off the 60 freeway Five Stars Ziosk. Great addition. Four Stars Service and food. Good. One Star «Rewards» program This is a joke. Sign up for instant points it said. Did that. Now have to wait 48 hours. No problem. Points good for nothing more than chips & salsa. Ok. Now they say must use«rewards» by February 1st, 2 weeks away and I still have not even gotten the points. What’s the point? Why do «rewards» have to expire???

Never had chilli’s before. On lunch break. I ordered two appetizers, the wings and the southwest eggrolls. They were so gross I couldn’t put them in my mouth. The wings look like they were spoiled. The service was great but the food was garage.

This Chili’s is my go to spot if I wanna get together with some of my friends. It’s conveniently located right off the 60 fwy, near my work and my home, in the same shopping plaza as Target. I usually get the 2 for $ 20 dinner deal which comes with a shared appetizer and an entrée from the choices on the menu. I like having the steak with loaded mashed potatoes and jalapeño Mac n cheese which is extra. Sometimes we get the chocolate molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream to share. You can sign up for rewards and once you accumulate some points, use them for some items. Service is pretty friendly but very slow. It’s a casual place. Chili’s also has an app on your iphone which is useful.

Always a great experience here. They have a lot of craft beer choices. And, if You’re indecisive they actually let you sample a few. They are nice an attentive Its cool when bartenders don’t make one feel uncomfortable The bar is also pretty spacious, with a decent amount of tables and lots of empty space to stand around in. It’s gets packed with some seriously cute women. So brush your teeth, put on some deodorant and get your game on! This place is fun! The food here is OK.

There was a time when I really loved Chili’s. In fact, just last week I was telling my coworkers about how great it is(granted, I only eat at Chili’s maybe once every six months, but the memories last forever!). This time though, I was a little let down. I had the cajun chicken pasta and I couldn’t get over the fact that the chicken was just weird. It wasn’t bad, but something about the texture just seemed like it was pressed. Basically, it seemed like tofu meat or the precooked chicken you can get at Trader Joe’s. The chicken in my mom’s fajitas was the same. I like their tortillas though which are so soft and fluffy! Now that I think about it, maybe what I really loved all along about Chili’s was the Awesome Blossom. Considering I was lamenting the loss of the Awesome Blossom in my last review(from seven years ago!!), maybe it’s finally time to move on.

Diamond Bar does not have a lot of Happy Hour places, so Chili’s fills that abyss. Located in the same area as Target, it is hard to miss because it is literally at the southwest corner of Grand Ave. and Golden Springs Dr. It gets packed Friday evenings, but I have been here so many times that waiting is not even an issue for me. I love that the staff here are very friendly and accommodating, as well as quick and understanding. My usual orders are baby back ribs or a fish dish(the tilapia is pretty amazing, guys, especially the mango salsa!). I’ve had probably all their margaritas and my beer of choice is Blue Moon. I have also had Long Island cocktails, which are good too. I rarely am at the bar area because I usually dine with friends or family, so having a table gives us the opportunity to do our own thing.
