This studio is so nice. Everything about it is welcoming, from the cute location, to the paint on the walls, I like the comfy carpet under my mat, even he bathroom is nice! Robin Pyle is my instructor and she just fits my needs perfectly. We do the perfect combination of breath and energy consciousness, stretching, and then the best part: Vinyasa! She’s energetic and fun, but thoughtful, and sometimes just a hard ass! I say that in the most loving way meaning that I definitely come away from her class sweaty and well worked. I drive 2 hours to make her Saturday 9am class almost every week, and the local ladies in there are so nice too! I’ve never been to any of the other instructors classes, but I bet they are great too.
I also wanted to say that they have equipment like blankets and blocks for all to use.
The one time price is 12 $, but I think they like to give your first class free. After my free class, I bought a 8 day pass for 75 $. I just got thru my 8th class yesterday, and I’ll be re-​upping next week!
