Do not rent from them if at all possible! They will delay getting workers to your house for repairs and when they do send them out they are not qualified anything’s…only«handymen» that are there to fix major issues like AC units and electrical switches. I actually had to fix many things myself because their«handymen» didn’t know how to replace a light switch and it was taking forever! Make sure to do a walk-thru with them when moving in and take pictures because they will nickel and dime you over every thing they find when you move out even if you would consider it «normal wear and tear» like your lease says. It already sucks being a renter, but it really sucks when you are a good tenant and try hard and still get screwed. I’ve never had this issue before renting from other companies.
