I was on my way to Texarkana, TX for a funeral, and stopped here for a restroom break and a quick bite to eat. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked into the restroom. You know how public places can be. Anyway, to my surprise the restroom was very clean. I was so happy about this small, but important, thing. I ordered a regular two piece but I wanted my chicken dipped in buffalo sauce. The guy taking my order said«no problem.» He put just enough sauce on the chicken to make it tasty, but not overwhelming. I appreciated the friendliness of the workers, and the clean restroom. When I was driving back from Texarkana, I found myself needing a restroom break once again. I was about 30 miles from«my spot» which happened to be Church’s Chicken yet again. I was determined to make it so I kept driving. Time seemed to pass by as quickly as the miles did, and I found myself smiling as I turned into my spot. I took my restroom break and placed my order. This time, I was tired and ready to get home, so I needed to keep driving. I asked if I could have two legs dipped in buffalo sauce. I needed the legs so I could hold them while driving, and not have to look down at what I was doing. Needless to say, Church’s was on it yet again, and I drove away happy. This will definitely be my regular stopping place on my way to and from Texarkana.

Food is good, staff isn’t too friendly, they usually have a lot of younger kids working that don’t really care. I’ve gone a couple times and they’ll say it’ll be a 10 – 15 minute wait for the chicken. If it’s a FASTFOOD restaurant they should know when to have it ready! Overall the chicken is good.
