Hugh & Jeff’s Car Wash And Grill

This place gets a one star because you cannot give zero stars. Slow horrible service eating and cleaning the vehicle. Trapped and can’t leave.

I think they do a great job hand washing your car. For $ 29 they hand washed my car, towel dried it, cleaned the rims and wheels, vacuumed, and wiped out the interior. Its great to be able to get a drink or food while you wait. The food and drinks are average quality and price. The pizza is really good. However, there can be a very long wait, especially on a nice weekend day. One Saturday when I got there I was told it would be at least a 4 hour wait.

Cold Beer and great food! Patio is heated, friendly staff, and good music. Great car details as well as dog friendly.

Get a website! I’ve googled you to find out what’s going on New Year’s Eve and you don’t have a website. Boooo.

Never disappoints especially when my car car is really filthy. I always get it like if I just drove it off the lot, when I take it here ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

Good thing this place has a bar. If you come to have your vehicle was get ready for a long wait. The guys talk more than they work.

This bar has a lot going for it! I’m not sure what the deal is, but maybe they should stick to car detailing. We went to the bar for our 3 time and it was on a UFC fight night. There were only 2 bartenders for the whole place. This wouldn’t be an issue if they could keep up, but they were not. One girl kept getting all the drinks wrong. I’m not one to really complain, if I ask for a bud light and I get a miller light I will just drink it. If I ask for a Shiner and get a bud then I will wait to get the right beer. This girl did this multiple times to me and others around.
It is a fun atmosphere just needs better service!

A bit overpriced. $ 225 for a pickup truck full detail (inside and out). Bartender has a great ass. Having a beer and lunch while waiting for the job to be finished is better than sitting in some other place and being forced to watch Fox News for 2 hours. I have two stars for being expensive. If full detail is ordered, maybe lunch and a couple of beers should be included.

1.5 hours later… car still not done. Slowest service EVER! Worst $ 30 car wash in town. Food is mediocre at best.

I like the idea of eating while waiting for your car to be washed and detailed. The food was ok, but I don’t think I would eat there again. The french fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. The Pizza was pretty good, though. They do have some really nice recliner chairs. They did a really good job detailing the car both inside and out. However, they turned a light on somewhere on in my car without my knowledge, and the battery drained. Nothing worked. I had to get someone to jump me. The car not working is the primary reason I will go somewhere else next time to get my car washed and detailed.

Terrible. While waiting we had some drinks and food. The food was mediocre at best. Tastes like bulk freezer products from a superstore. The bartender went on and on about how he was such an awesome bartender and used to work in Vegas… however he never brought a water I asked for, silverware, napkins, etc. The car was clean, however, it took 3 hours and was very overpriced. Never going back!

I met some friends for drinks here and had a blast. I had never been here nor did i have my car washed. My friend was a regular as well as having a monthly carwash membership, it was like being at cheers… The bartenders were awesome and the happy hour prices were fantastic!!! Bill was a mere $ 30 bucks, i was shocked as well as nice & happy :) i will return, maybe try the food and a carwash next time. They were so nice they made me feel very welcomed.
They also have karaōke night… hmmm that ought to be fun, check it out. I always say, reading reviews is fine and dandy but nothing is better than personal experiences!

It’s not a cheap place to get a car wash, and it usually takes about an hour, but they do an excellent job.

I was very surprised to read the bad reviews on this place. I have tried a lot of different car washes in the area and this is absolutely the best. I work construction so my truck gets really dirty. The inside of my truck is usually covered in a film of saw dust. After a wash at Hugh and Jeff’s there is not a spot left anywhere in the interior. Only problem is you pay a serious premium for it. The wash combo I get costs $ 45. The quality is exponentially better than some of the $ 30 +/​-​car washes I’ve had at other places. It’s definitely a luxury that I can’t afford to do all the time but when I’m feeling spendy it’s oh so nice! There is no grill at hugh and jeff’s bar and grill so don’t go there hungry. Also, it takes a long time. An hour or more.

Wouldn’t go there for car wash! Wasn’t happy with outcome. But that pot head pizza is amazing! ! And love the power hour drink time. Great place to watch fights.

This place sucks!!! I will never return!!! EVER

showed up at 5:00 pm. Several people ahead of me… not in a hurry, just had somewhere to be at 7:00. Got a beer and sat down… HOT…but, it is hot outside and I understand. 6:15 rolls around and I still do not see my car around the side where they finish and stage for delivery. I then tell the MOD to get me car for I am about to be late. At 6:30 it is still not brought around. I am getting a little mad… They bring it around and it is not dried and washed poorly. I get in and the floor mats are still out. I have to stop and walk back around the building myself and pick up my mats.
I received a certificate for the wash so it cost me nothing but was actually very expensive for what I got. A sweaty shirt and the driveway is gravel and it stuck to my still wet car and tires.
My car looked worse leaving than coming and my attitude was ruined for the evening.
If your going to have a place like this. with such a great concept but poor execution… you are certainly in for a rough ride.

Very disappointed on the detail job on my vehicle. Asked to speak to the manager, showed him the poor job on the had earned money I payed for a detail job, bugs on grill and hood, windshield dirty, water spots all over, rims not clean, dirt was still on running boards. He said what am I asking for? I said a satisfactory job is all I ask for since I have a funeral to attend and wish my vehicle was clean for it. I left a message a day later, left a message on their Facebook and nobody would return my call as requested to discuss. I also tried to redeem two business cards for free drinks when they opened on inception, no expritation date and they would not honor it. Poor service. I have been getting better service at the blue wave automatic wash 300 yards down the road for a fraction of he price. I will not ever return and will not recommend them ever again.

With a name like «Car wash and Grill» we expected just that but were very disappointed. We were told the wait was 2 hours and we figured with food and drinks to keep us busy, it would be fine. Instead, the menu is very plan and limited and they don’t have a grill (huh?!) or a deep fryer, so everything is microwaved or from the oven I guess. The menu didn’t even have appetizers to keep us busy for the long wait — which ended up being over 3 hours.
Additionally, there’s not much to do there. No pool tables, shuffle board, darts: nothing. Even the look of the place left something to be desired. With such a big space inside, they could definitely give it a fun and exciting look and feel.
When I got in my car, it didn’t smell fresh, but instead smelled quite stale. I have no doubt that my car was low on gas when I dropped it off, but the light wasn’t on. My car tells me the approximate miles left and when I finally got it back, I had 6 miles left, which means they wasted A LOT of gas. I’m guessing they left the car on the whole time.
I rarely drop a place after one visit, but this one isn’t getting our business again.

The bar at night was definitely an experience. the DJ was good, the live entertainment as a a bust! someone should have shut off there mics! A guy peeing through the rails in the patio… enuff said.
The plus is the drinks were cheap and smoking was outside!
