Microtel Inn & Suites Dickinson

Nice place! Comfy beds, clean rooms, and a perfect breakfast! Also very quite (I can’t hear the person in the room next to me) I had a mini fridge and microwave in my room. Also flatscreen tv and an ethernet cable so I could get good Internet for the ps4.

OK… I REALLY wanted to like this place. The price was right for Dickinson and it had good reviews. The Microtel concept is that the rooms are smaller, but I didn’t care about that. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and while the TV wasn’t great (I don’t think it was HD at all) it did have a good selection of channels. No HBO or other premium channels, but besides that a good selection. (They even had the golf channel which Candlewood Suites does not.) My issue is that on my second day there, the internet went down. OK… I understand that stuff happens… but when things do happen, there has to be some way to respond. The staff’s response was «we can’t do anything until the manager comes in tomorrow.» No tech support. Nothing. Guest were out of luck. Not only that, but I requested a response from the manager when they arrived the next day, and I never heard from them. They ignored my request.

Great room! Very clean and modern. Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast. Judy, the front desk supervisor was friendly and helpful!
I would highly recommend this hotel if you ate driving through or going to Theodore Roosevelt National Park (we drove back and forth to the park, as it is only 32 miles on I-​94).

Found This Place By Chance Online It’s Better Then Most Rooms I’ve Stayed In The Only Gripe I Have Is The Bathroom It’s Just A Bit Small :/​But The Service Here Is Pretty Good The Room & The Beds Are Great They Also Have An Indoor Pool & Jacuzzi Located Downstairs, They Also Serve Breakfast Here Aswell. I Will Stay Here Again If I Pass Thru This Area Again
