The employees are usually rude. We called to make sure they were still opened and were told they usually close at 9:30 but they had already closed. It was 8:54. I’ve never seen a business act like they wanted to go out of business so badly in my life.

Food is the same at any other Subway but this place is filthy. Every table was dirty and even the floor was dirty. Avoid.

Subway is subway. The sandwiches are the same at every location. This location, however has a young lady behind the counter that seems to always be in a great mood. She never let’s the fact that she rarely has help with her get her frustrated. She keeps going with a smile. She is quick and polite while working a line that should deserve more than one person helping it. If I every open my own sandwich shop, subway will be missing a great employee, because I’m going to steal her away.

The good news is that this is a new subway in a good location. The bad news is there was only one super slow dude running this place. While he made my sandwiches, 7 people arrived and got to wait in that line! He the proceeded to skimp on vegetables and charged me for 4 foot longs instead of the 2 I ordered. When I pointed out the mistake on the receipt, he said he had to call someone and that this was going to take a while. 15 minutes later, the transaction was voided and re-run. I got my charge straitened out, but the throng of people waiting in line seemed less than thrilled.

This new location is sparkling clean and perfect as far as standard subways go. They one and only major problem is the training of the staff. I literally had to teach an employee the difference between the chocolate chip and oatmeal cookie. My sandwich wasn’t wrapped tight and had fallen apart in the bag because it was just flopping around. I know that it was the specific girl I had making my sandwich that was the problem so I will go here again and hope for better results.
