Some may like this place but it was our first and last time going here. We were in from out of town and our Son and Daughter In Law took us bowling. At one time a strike was bowled I believe it was the 3rd frame and wanted me to bowl again. Went and told the guy what was happening and he seemed to get upset about it. Okay… I understand he was the only one working but no need to get an attitude. The bumper guards fir the kids kept falling so had to have him put them back up. We went to play another round and the pin thing wouldn’t go up. The people sitting next to us that didn’t kniw us from Adam said there’s was acting up to and would never go back there. On the other side of us the little kids were all over the place. At this point the guy said he would be right over to fix. 15 minutes later he still never came over so of course at this point we say to heck with it and we’re ready to go. My Daughter In Law goes up to tell him we’re leaving and he takes it upon himself to automatically think we’re leaving without paying and hits the panic button fir the law. Now my husband is standing right there as our son is walking up to pay. My Daughter In Law points to my Son and said He’s right there he’s paying. My Daughter In Law and I we walk out. I come back in and the Officer shows up just standing there shaking his head and tells us to have a good evening. So… my point is there was no need to hit no panic button. It’s not like the place was being robbed… geesh. It may be a nice place fir some but we will never go back. The guy needs to learn Customer Service for sure.
