This place used to be really good you could have one person do your nails to be assured your nails would be done great every time but then they start passing you around and if you complain they tell you to get out and if you don’t like it find some place else to go they overcharge you they do a poor job and the rude bunches of friends that I recommended to go there no longer go there because they don’t fit in the click they do not like these people they do a poor job and their massages i’ve never had such a poor massage of my life gone back three times hoping to have a good one never and they charge you for something they say they did and they didn’t

I was visiting from Florida & my Mom is a regular. She gets her nails done by Tammy. Very friendly staff. Large selection of nail colors. I had shellac done by Kevin. He was quick & did a great job. I wanted a color to match my toes & he helped me pick the perfect color. We chatted & the nail tech next to us joined in on our conversation. Everyone was very friendly. The were quite busy. Plenty of places for a group to get pedicures. I definitely would recommend this salon. The offer many different services.

I’ve been to Nails by Tammy multiple times but have recently moved out of state and came back to visit and decided to go in for a pedicure. My pedicure was mediocre at best. The staff was decently friendly but the particular gentlemen who did mine was not at all. My «massage» was him scratching his disgustingly long finger nails (covered by gloves) up and down the front of my leg. Not once during the massage did he touch my actual foot. I told him multiple times that I would prefer it be done the other way or not at all and he just kept on with his gangly fingers until I wiggled my foot to get his attention and then he just stopped. The establishment was very clean though, so that’s a huge thumbs up! I was with a friend and they did both of our pedis completely different even though we had the same thing so I found that a little odd also. I highly doubt I will return to this establishment.

Even though I must admit I did not actually get my nails «done» here I did get a acrylic nail removal. I am not from the area and was hesitant to go anywhere other than my usual go-​to in VA (10 hours away). However Cassandra did a very professional job and took her time with my nail removal and despite the busy day I did not once feel a burden even though I was not spending the big bucks getting my nails «done». After my nails were taken care of I decided to get an eyebrow waxing done (it was only $ 8!!). The service was quick and I was more than happy with the end result. Highly recommend if you’re in the Dickson area.
