This was the worst place. We did not eat there because the waitresses were RUDE. I asked excuse me 3 times and they gave me a go to hell look. When we got up to leave she smarted off. As we walked out the door she told use to go eat somewhere else. We will certainly eat somewhere else and NEVER try to eat here again. If I was the owner I’d fire everyone. If it was the owner the business probably won’t be there long. I recommend staying away.

If I want a burger in Dickson(a REAL burger), I go to Tony B’s… It is a really cool place and you can see the chef behind the counter cooking your meal fresh and hot. I usually get the bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and Bacon cheddar fries. Needless to say, if you leave hungry, its your own fault

Definitely my family’s go to place for a burger. I’m not one who normally orders burgers, but I like this place. We will surely come back to keep trying the different menu options. Keep up the good work guys!

Crazy expensive 20 bucks for a grilled cheese sandwich and a burger I could understand if you are using premium product but house recipe ketchup where else are they cutting corners

There’s not much that needs to be said here. The burgers are good and the iced tea is OK. I like the way the burgers are fixed with tomatoes, lettuce, and wonderfully mild onions. I wish it were open on Saturdays. There is always a good crowd and the waitresses are nice and check back for drink refills on a regular basis.

As others have said, this is hands down the best burger in Dickson and the surrounding area. Thick burgers that are hand pattied with real ground beef, very fresh ingredients, awesome awesome burgers. Bring your appetite, you’ll need it. I highly recommend the jalapeño burger with everything on it. The fries are fresh cut and taste great, I recommend getting them cooked a little crispy. Overall, this is a great little niche, nothing fancy but they know how to make a big mouthwatering burger.

Tried to eat here on a Saturday night at 6pm and they were closed. All the chairs up and no one around. Not sure if they are out of business or if it was a weird emergency, but I’d recommend calling before making the drive if you aren’t super close since there is a history of not following their posted hours!

I have a mixed review… lets start with the Good Remarks… its great to see a burger place actually use real ground beef hand pattied for their burgers and very fresh produce with nice tomatoes and lettuce. The sign out front simply says«Fresh Hamburgers» which doesnt do it justice. Why isnt Tony banking on the real star quality here by advertising them as what they really are… hand pattied 100% ground beef? We almost didnt stop in for fear they were frozen patties slapped on the grill made to order… thus being made«fresh» as the sign said. Tony B. should capitalize on the difference between his and all the others in town. And they are BIGBURGERS… a little steep in price but with ground beef prices so high its understandable. NOW… The Bad Remarks… for this price I really feel the $ 6.00+ should at least include a side of potato chips and possibly a pickle spear. Then upcharge for fries if the customer prefers them over chips. Ive owned a restaurant. I know the high cost of food but I also know the customer expects value for their money. But a burger basket with chips would provide the customer with a full meal and chips are very inexpensive for the restaurant owner to throw a handful of on the side of the burger in the basket yet give the customer a meal. Also. the Club Sandwich was a big rip-off…nowhere near the value of the burger yet the same price. Very little meat… c’mon Tony… dont be so stingy. For $ 6.50 is it really too much to ask to have a few slices of each of the turkey and ham and more than just A Slice of bacon crumbled on top? When I asked about it Tony said theres 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of turkey yet mine only had one slice of each. For the price it should easily have 3 slices of each since its just thinly sliced sandwich cuts. Again… the fresh produce was nice but I didnt expect to pay $ 6.50 for just fresh produce and 2 thin pieces of sandwich meat on Texas Toast. My Best Advice to Consumers: Stick to the Burgers at Tony B.‘s and you will be satisfied. But you should at least get a side of chips with your burger at the price you pay!

They have great burgers and fries. The hamburger is huge but the leftover burger taste just as good the next day!

Small burger place in a strip mall. It’s a burger place first but they do have salads and chicken. The place is nice not a themed place and not a lot of charm but I’m not here for charm. I’m here for burgers. Big burgers with homemade fries. Been here several times and my usual is bacon cheese burger with everything mustard no mayo extra crispy fries with cheese on the side. Burgers are big fries are made in house. The kitchen is exposed like a Waffle House which I like. Great place to go for a burger. I’ve gotten the patty melt as well. Toast burger sautéed onions and mustard. That’s my second sandwich. They have fresh ice cream shakes and pies but I’m usually to full to have a dessert.

My friends and I are on the way to the Music City Bowl(Geaux Tigers!), and I found Tony B’s on Unilocal, read the reviews and immediately suggested we go there. When we got off the exit I realized it was 5 or 6 miles off the interstate, and we are on a time crunch so Tony B’s HAD to be delicious in order to be worth getting behind on our schedule. Passed a Crystal Burger, we were tempted, but kept going. Got there. Little town diner. Ordered some hamburgers and cheeseburgers. Took it on the road. Took our first bite right as we got in the car. It was like a warm home-cooked meal you long for as college kids. The hamburger itself is a big fellow, that you could grab with two hands, with each bite blending the savory ingredients so well. The fries were also a generous size and reciprocated the great taste of the burger. The best classic American hamburger meal. Any schedule should make time for Tony B’s.

Best burger in Dickson for sure. Possibly the best in Middle Tennessee. The burgers taste fresh and the fries are for sure fresh. When you walk in you can see this big stainless steel bowl overflowing with fresh cut fries. Delish! My wife often gets a salad(she’s trying to eat healthy) and loves it. Like one of the reviewers said, if you are anywhere close to Dickson for lunch, ya gotta give Tony B’s burger a try.

The best burger I have had in ages. Made fresh in front of you in an open kitchen. Great quality produce. Nice, casual atmosphere. I have heard they also have great salads, but I can’t get past the burgers to try one!

Ate there tonight for the first time with my family and was pleasantly surprised! The menu was simple and basic… burgers, sandwiches, chili, fries. But the food was great! I had the mushroom swiss burger and it was huge! My picky kids even liked their food! Great for the price. We’ll definitely be back!

First thing I did was walk up to the register since the atmosphere indicated it was a fast casual dining instead of full casual with full waitstaff service. So I looked like an idiot … A sign that says ‘seat yourself’ would have been handy. I told the waitress exactly what I wanted. They made it and it washed completely to order. There wasn’t a whole lot of attentiveness from the waitstaff. Food was good. I got a burger. It was really good. Fries were hand cut and a little on the soggy side but otherwise good. The burger did fall completely apart though. Just to note.

Best burger you can get. Period. Tony B’s has earned my vote as the best burger joint anywhere. Hand made burgers, fresh cut fries, all delicious. The patty melt is so good it might make you pass out. I’ve been to five guys, cheeseburger charlies, etc… None come close to this place in my opinion. If you are anywhere close to Dickson and you need a burger fix, this is it.

hands down the best burger i’ve had in years, and i eat a lot of burgers. before ordering, my dad tells me that the junior burger is slightly smaller than normal and that the regular patty is «a lot bigger.» so obviously i get the regular patty. what must have been at least a half-pound of ground beef arrives in the form of grilled perfection. the junior bacon cheeseburger is prolly a quarter-pounder(see photos for a comparison shot). the well-seasoned patty is obviously hand-formed and cooked to medium well perfection, with a nice dark brown(but not burned) crust on the outside. the bun is light, but still sturdy enough to stand up to this juicy monstrocity. every burger gets 2 center-cut slices of fresh ripe tomato and vibrant green lettuce. «i don’t know what he’s doing with the bottoms of the lettuce leaves,» my dad says, mystified as to how tony can pull off this feat of culinary wonder. add crispy fries with the skins on and i’d be hard pressed to find any flaws in this meal. added bonuses: huge comfy booths, fast service, and a visible kitchen.

Best burger place in town!!! I used to think that accolade belonged to Buddy’s on 70 but Tony B’s blows them do far out of the water it’s not even funny! The only bad thing is they don’t have seedless buns so I have to get my husband 2 bottom buns for his burgers because he can’t have seeds. But we’re used to that so it’s not a big deal.
