I just spent an hour at the Dickson Verizon store. I signed in to get my place in line. After being skipped over twice and standing around for an hour, I finally left. I have 8 phones on my business service. I spend a great deal of money with Verizon each month. Is it too much to ask for someone to say Can I help you?
