The installer was cursing everything and hated being here. He was acting like a 2 year old in front of my 2 year old. This incident was very pathetic and unprofessional! The carpet we choose arrived almost 2 weeks later than the install date! The installer apologized about being so so rude. After ½ an hour of him on his cell in my parking lot yelling, he said sorry for his behavior. Both sides apologized, however, Carpet trimmings were left behind as well. The incident occurred in May of 2015.

In contrast to Greg’s assertions, a claim was submitted to Shaw Industries /​Tufted. It was denied with the excuse that Stainmaster carried the stain warranty. A second claim was submitted to Stainmaster. This claim was denied since the property is a rental condo. Greg knew that it is a rental unit at the time of the sale like 90 prevent of other Summit County properties. That probably explains his absence in trying yo fix this problem.

Came home on a Saturday afternoon to realize our dog had ripped up a carpet having got locked in a bedroom so decided to dig his way out. Called and left a message at Carpet Express that evening and was surprised when they not only called back but Matt said he’d be around on Sunday at 9. He had samples with him so we picked out a pad and a carpet and had a quote and an estimated fitting of 2 weeks. We compared the price in Denver with a big box store offering free installation and CE was the same price. Based on the fact they were so responsive, fantastic when you are totally frustrated with the situation at hand, and the price is very competitive I’d absolutely recommend these guys.

Dealing with Carpet Express was easy, convenient, and educational as Matt really explained the different type of hardwood flooring I could use. I got a great price, and felt important as a customer. I highly recommend Carpet Express to anyone looking for flooring.
