Great flavors, good value. Try the ribs and pulled pork, loved the beans and slaw. Great new addition to Summit County!

If you really like BBQ, go to Dickies. Great smoked taste with the ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Can’t comment on the turkey or sausage because those haven’t been tried yet. The sides are awesome. Have tried the mac & cheese, fried okra, cole slaw, beans, and jalapeño beans which are all done very well. There are daily specials which are good values.

Well, I went for lunch today. I was impressed with the smell of BBQ once I walked in and the interior of the restaurant is large and very nice. Plenty of tables, wood trim, efficient line system, order at the counter type situation. They said they had been open for one month today. I got the three meat plate to go, everyone very friendly(it wasn’t busy at all, I don’t think they’ve done any adverts yet) and got me on my way lickety-split. I chose brisket, pulled pork, and turkey along with coleslaw and baked beans. First off, the sides were fine. Coleslaw was sweet, plenty of sauce. Beans were smokey, sweet and good. The meat plates come with a roll and some pickles and onion on the side as well as bbq sauce. The sauce was good. Pickles and onion a bit dried out, and there could have been more. So, on to the MEATS! The brisket and pulled pork were both flavorful. The brisket looked great and tasted beefy and smoky. However it was pretty dry. Not quite jerky dry, but it needed the sauce. The pulled pork was also tasting great, but dry. I am surprised by that, as both cuts tend to be juicy and tender when done right. The turkey was pretty great though. Not as smoky, but very tender and flavorful. Could have gone with three stars, but really I think a chain like this should be better at their two biggest selling meats(pulled pork/brisket). I will try the ribs next time, and the chicken. It says the chicken is italian marinated. I hope it’s smoked also.
