In addition to the view the activities at the playground are really fun. There’s a climbing wall and some modern looking sticks that the kids can spin around on. it is currently being remodeled to have covered park benches.

Extra star just for the scenery! Located just off Lake Dillon, parents can enjoy nice weather and a great view of the lake and mountains while the kids get to run around and burn off extra energy. Located in an easy to find area, this playground accommodates all ages. Located close to the Dillon Marina, Amphitheater and bike path, as well as a short walk from decent restaurants. Positives: two play structures accommodate ages walking to 12, spinning things that you will never get bored of, bathrooms nearby, picnic tables, close to bike path that goes around the lake. Negatives: Can get pretty crowded, play structures are pretty standard fare(slides, climbing nets, etc), and beware the wind/temperature drop playing near the lake.

Perfect place to stop if your kids need to stretch and play off I-70. A few ins off the highway. Pretty new facilities. Nice pavilion with shade and beautiful view. Toddler and older kids equipment. Rock wall and spinning stuff. Clean, nice bathrooms with diaper changing table.

This is such a wonderful park with a lot of leisure activities. The park has a great view of the mountains and the lake. We had a casual rehearsal picnic lunch for our wedding here. Our families have lots of small children, and this was the perfect location. There are plenty of picnic tables, grills, restrooms, and a pavilion area with covered picnic tables. The playground area is huge! It has both a large playset for older kids, and a smaller one for toddlers. There is also a paved path around the lake that you can walk/bike on.
