Tired of the McDonalds, Shonneys, and Waffle Houses, try this old time southern local restaurant. The Papa Burger was huge and fried chicken tasty. The prices are great and the atmosphere is so local. Not much to look at from the outside but give it a chance.

I stopped here on my drive from Savannah, GA to Wilmington, SC. It’s a few miles off the highway and definitely worth the trip. We ordered two Papa Burgers (double cheeseburger with chili and onions) and a side of fries along with two drinks, and it came to $ 12.99. Very reasonably priced, and sooooooooooo delicious. Amazing sweet tea also!!! They were so friendly, and it seemed like all the staff knew their customers. What a lovely place to visit! We ate outside at the picnic table with our dog, who they gave some ice water. Definitely a welcome meal that isn’t your traditional fast food!!! I highly recommend.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant since we moved down from New York in 1977 I was 13 years old I’m 51 now and I still enjoy it .the food is simple, good and well priced. One of the best small town places to eat in South Carolina. Welcome to Dillon.

No frills and no fuss. It’s a hometown favorite and it’s cheap & satisfying! I’m from Dillon and grew up on this stuff. I’ve lived in Atlanta for over 20 years and I find myself coming back on my visits. Always good to come here & eat a Papa Burger — all the way!

We discovered this little drive in while searching for a break from driving. This place has well priced Burgers, sandwiches, and dinners. Try the Papa Burger its two pieces on hand patted beef each with their own slice of cheese.

Excellent old school diner. No frills just great food and service. There is an actual diner on one side and a take out window on the opposite side. All food is made fresh by order. The prices are reasonable and portions are plentiful. I’ve been dining here for over 20 years and the food ALWAYS makes me smile.
