Service and staff were SUPERSUPER friendly. Five stars here. Food, however, was SUPERSUPER salty, and I guess I’m here on Unilocal to discuss food, not service. Coming to Keystone for the first time for a 5 day vacation, the last night there we just wanted some food from home. Anything Viet… rice, phở, bun, anything, preferably brothy. We had a party of 10 and were quickly greeted and seated. The menu was very limited and since they had such good ratings, we came here. Service was a tad slow, but there was one main server for the whole restaurant. That night, the server told us there was a special on an appetizer, «Vietnamese fried chicken wings.» It was soooo super salty. Everyone at the table could only muster down one wing per person. When it came to order entrees, each person in our party ordered a bowl of phở. Some ordered dac biet(combo), some phở tai(rare flank), some phở ga(chicken). It took a lot longer than other Phở restaurants we’ve ever been to for the phở to come out. Not much to prepare, right? But it took a pretty minute. When it came out, we ALL noticed immediately how DARKBROWN our broth was. We tasted it and all of us tasted so much salt and msg. None of us even drank half our broth. Upon leaving, we saw another table with a party of 4 who all ordered phở. Our entire party looked over and immediately noticed how clear their broth was. We then wondered why our broth was so dark and brown … very… odd?

Nice service, fast service and I really loved my delicious veggie phở. I am so excited that they finally opened and I will be back for sure. I hope they start delivering soon ;) BTW! It says Dillon but it is not in Dillon!!! It is in Silverthorne past Target on the left side. Small little. family owned restaurant on the corner at the traffic light. Bön Appetite!

This Phở restaurant, on the left hand side of the north end of the main drag in Silverthorne, past the outlet mall and Target, is a must try after a day skiing! I’ve eaten at many Phở restaurants from NYC to Chicago and many smaller cities. The beef broth is as rich and delicious as any place I’ve been while the chicken let a little to be desired. As others have mentioned, the service is above and beyond, especially for a resort town. We ordered take out. Rather than just giving us Phở fully prepared, where the noodles would sit in the hot broth and get soggy, they packaged them separately and we added them when we were ready to eat. I asked for siracha to go and of course they obliged but also encouraged me to try their garlic chili sauce which was a great addition to the Phở. While we were waiting for our order to be ready, they even have my 4 year old a little bowl of lychee ice cream to try. I highly recommend supporting this small, family owned business!

First time here and had a great experience. Food was excellent … Ordered the raw beef with extra veggies. The service was something that really stood out positively to us. Thai tea and coconut juice were on point. The soup broth was amazing. Perfect on a cold day in summit county. We will be back

My wife and I are phở-nantics! We have probably been to 15 or so different phở restaurants since we travel for work. This phở goes straight to the bottom of our list. Ordered a regular beef ball and a chicken phở. It was the smallest bowl I have ever had. Literally like 6 bites of noodles. It came out luke warm and not piping hot, like you know phở should. The broth had very little flavor… beef balls the same. The poor waitress(only 1 in the whole place) was the hostess, waitress, food runner, busser, and cashier. Would have given it 1 star if it wasn’t for her. No offense, but the people that have been reviewing this place have no idea what good Phở is. Don’t bother with going to Phở Bay 2 either… slightly better than this place… slightly!

My brother fresh from a trip to Vietnam saw this restaurant on our way to the mountains. Very basic menu, phở, a few apps, and they plan to add some noodle dishes soon according to the waitress. We all had phở. Good portion size for lunch. Noodles and meat were ample and well cooked. Broth was flavorful, but simple. Standard veggies and herbs on the side. Everything was simple and good and filling. Would recommend for lunch and any time that you want some no frills phở.

After an awesome day on the mountain we decide to have some phở. My friends and I found this place on Unilocal and want to try it out. Needless to say this is probably best phở(phở combination was what we order) I’ve had(I’m from Houston and there are a lot of phở place). Beside the great phở, their customer service also top notch. Definitely will be a revisit next year when we go snowboarding again!

What a nice surprise to find an authentic Phở place in the mountains. Nothing is better than a big bowl of noodle soup after a day on the slopes. I ordered the vegetarian bowl with fresh veggies and tofu(and beef broth for more flavor) and enjoyed every last slurp. Make sure to ask for the garlic chili paste and fish sauce(in addition to the hoisin sauce and sriracha) to make your dipping bowl even more exciting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The owner also spoke to us and made us feel very welcome. A great new spot to refuel after paying outdoors. I’ll definitelly will be back when I am in the area.

Wonderful phở and appetizers! Prices are normal for this community, atmosphere is fine. The restaurant is located in an old house, giving it a quaint Colorado feel despite the fabulous Asian food. Chef John came out and spoke with us about his preparation and we felt very welcomed. Let’s hope they can make it in Silverthorne!

Really really good. I was a little afraid to go in at first because ethnic restaurants in a small town usually scare me but I’m glad I went in here. The inside is really nice, and the phở is so good! The broth is amazing, the noodles are perfectly cooked, everything looks and tastes fresh and also they gave me half a bok choy in my phở! No complaints. Very friendly staff.
