Went on vacation to Keystone Resort for a 5-day trip. The first day I get there, while going up the mountain, service kept going in and out and it made my phone trip out and my phone went HAYWIRE. I couldn’t turn it on or off, it kept just blinking on and off until it died. Did that for several days. Took it to this Sprint, and found out this isn’t a Service & Repair site. However, this is probably the most pleasant experience at ANYSPRINT store I’ve ever had. I was helped by an employee named Patrick and he genuinely wanted to try to fix my phone because the closest repair shop for Sprint was in Denver, and we were on vacation and didn’t want to take 4 hours(minimum) out of our day to go drop off and try to repair the phone. Patrick was so nice, that he wanted to work on fixing my phone to the best of his ability. He wanted me to leave it there and even offered to drop it off in Keystone where we were staying after they closed, so that I didn’t have to make my way back up to Dillon! I ended up going shopping and coming back to pick up my phone, which unfortunately still didn’t work. I did end up taking my dead iphone to a Service&Repair Sprint store back at home a few days later, and they recommended to swap it out for a new one, because it was acting up and was TOO glitchy. Thanks Sprint, for having such a genuinely caring employee, Patrick! Even if I couldn’t get the repair for my iphone, the experience made all the difference!

The employees over at the Silverthorne Sprint are great, especially Vince. I was in a very difficult situation and they went above and beyond to resolve it! I couldn’t be more grateful.

Hands down, this was the best Sprint experience I’ve had. I’ve been to several stores in Denver, and they were all disasters. The guys in this store are excellent(and cute… is that inappropriate? no. shh.) We wanted to switch over from another provider and buy new phones. Pete(Peter? I’m the worst with names, sorry) was so incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was even kind enough to give us a nice discount on accessories. Beyond the excellent service I received, I noticed how attentive and accommodating they were with other customers in the store as well. Even when a line started to form as the store got busier, they stayed focused on the task and customer at hand. That kind of service is rare and refreshing. They’re also hilarious and seem to enjoy their jobs, which makes the entire experience that much more positive. I’ll come back to this store for all of my Sprint needs!

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience was so bad that I have to warn off everyone else. Let me start by saying that I am highly satisfied with sprint service. However this retailer is a disgrace to sprint. I came into the store to buy an iphone6. I am brand loyal to apple and would never change. I drove literally over 100 miles to get the phone I wanted. When I got there, the sales associate tried his hardest to talk to me out the phone I wanted. His sales tactic was to bad mouth apple and make me feel wrong for wanting an iPhone. He then proceeded to insult the phone I spent $ 400 on insisting his droid was superior. Then when I was checking out, he criticized my decision for purchasing a case online rather than from then. If you wanted to sell me a case, keep some decent ones in stock. Normally, in this situation I would take my complaint up with the manager. I went to grab his card then realized the DB that was helping me was the manager!!! Never again and I encourage you to do sprint business elsewhere.
