You can’t go wrong at the Forklift. Great food and service, several daily quiche and menu specials are offered. They have a lovely tea selection. Service is pleasant and responsive and the owner gives back to her community. Best little breakfast or lunch spot in the area, in my opinion.

We have lived here for 3 years and kept passing by saying we should stop in. Finally made the stop and have to say we have been missing out. Wife and I had a great lunch and can’t wait to come back for breakfast. Fast and friendly service and we just love the décor as well.

Cute little place… drove by it for a year without stopping in to try it because it didn’t look all that appealing to me, but I have to say… I was very impressed with the inside of the place. Very homey feel and much larger than it first appears. Had biscuits and gravy and it was pretty good. Glad we gave it a shot and looking forward to trying out some other items.

Ok first time here for lunch. Wonderful food and service great The place is cozy and eclectic. I started with the pea soup. Great! Served with pita frys. It was great. Then the wife had Greek feta pizza and I had a Rubin. All great. Served fresh and hot the place was clean and when we were here it was crowded almost every table was taken. The food came really fast. We had a 2 yr old with us in the high chair. We told the waitress to put a rush on his food. And it came out in only a few mins. Great discovery for us within 5 miles of home

I love this place, I’ve never been disappointed here. I live in jersey but always look forward to visiting friends in the area to come here.
Their sausage gravy and biscuits are to die for. Last I went I had cream of crab soup and apple bacon gouda quiche… every bite was enjoyable. The gouda was so delicious and the crab soup was spicy with old bay but not overbearing. Also, they ask how you want your bacon cooked… the only place I’ve ever been to that realizes the huge variations in personal bacon preferences haha.
The place is really cute too. If you order tea you get your own adorable little teapot. Great coffee, friendly servers, and great food, they’ve got the whole package.

Probably the worst vegetable soup I’ve ever had.
Also do NOT try the apple crumb pie!(it’s awful)
Two different waitresses didn’t know what was in the menu. Everything seems dirty.
Definitely would not recommend!

This was our second time at The Forklift Café for Sunday brunch. The service and food was consistently great! Delicious home cooking style food in a home kitchen atmosphere. Definitely a place to stop.

Great place for breakfast and lunch.
Friendly staff, pleasant place with wonderful daily specials that are imaginative and delicious .
We have eaten at the forklift many times over the past year and look forward to our next visit.
We often take visitors for lunch and have never had a negative experience.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. I’ve eaten here over a dozen times in the last year and have always had a great experience. Great staff with a knack for fast and detail oriented service. The food is always excellent and the menu varies and has great selection. Best eatery in the area!

Food was excellent but… little pricey. Service was ok, we had to keep on requesting for the things our waitress forgot to bring w/​our meal. They need to have more wait staff. May go back again.

Can’t find anything we didn’t like! Awesome breakfast, great drinks, everything homemade! Fed family of 5 for $ 46! Canoli stuffed French toast, matador omelette, pancakes… Wraps… Pomegranate ice tea!!!

Just had breakfast here… absolutely delicious! Diamond in the rough! My husband had a western omelette that nearly covered the whole plate. I had wheat pancakes with fresh berries. Turkey bacon to top it all off. This will be our new breakfast spot when we’re up the mountains!

No better food in the area. Their burgers are big, juicy and tasteful. Eat there all the time (whenever nearby).
