My experience was very different from that of the previous reviewer. We went with John who was a very nice guy: did not insist on anything, wanted to accommodate, gave plenty of helpful information. We did not buy anything because we decided to concentrate on a different area. However, our experience with this agency was very good.

From the moment the agent met us we seemed to be bamboozled from one property to another, none which were anything we were looking for. Though we were specific where we wanted to live this agent drove us all over the area — miles out of our target area. We felt like we were trapped or kidnapped and couldn’t wait to get away from her grip.
Because we wanted some acreage (2 to 5 acres) she kept trying to talk us into buying a horse farm that had something like 40 acres. We don’t ride horses, but this didn’t seem to be a problem for her, she would teach us! And the house was also about $ 350,000 over our budget — but she assured us we could get a mortgage, after all, as she stated, we’re friends aren’t we!?! I never met the woman before, no she was not my friend! Finally the truth came out, it was her house. This was a bad, bad experience and any time I pass that agency my head starts to pound again.
