Allstar Towing

This is probably the most professional and friendly towing company out here. Both Tiffany and Randy were extraordinary with their work and customer service! Realizing I had been stranded for two hours, Randy even offered to buy me food (but don’t count on that every time guys). I would definitely use them again if needed.

Rager is the old name of the shop. It is now called All Star Towing. I was camping all the way back in the furthest point of Kings Canyon national park and was involved in a slight accident which left the bike inoperable. The guy that picked me up was named Mark and was one of the most helpful people I have ever met. He knows how neurotic some of us are about our bikes and he didn’t mind one bit. I had some trouble finding a way home so they let me park the bike at their facility and got me a U-​Haul in the morning. There were some problems getting my credit card to go through, but the lady behind the desk kept at it trying different things until it all went through. I rarely have had a bike of mine on a tow truck, but if it happens again some time in my travels, I could only hope for someone half as good as these guys. Thanks again guys. You went FAR beyond the call of duty to help me get home and make a bad situation not such a big deal.
