My wife got here car here. Sold her a lemon. Needed whole new engine after a year. Every time she took it in they overcharged her. Driver side mirror broke off and was dangling, they quoted around 1000 dollars to fix. Local mechanic fixed it for 10 bucks. I’ve heard stories from others even worse. Services department telling clients they needed work done that was not needed. Replacing«old» sparkplug that had been already changed out a month ago. Stuff like that.

This place has the worst service ever. If you buy are car here don’t purchase an extended warranty. Expect to leave it for a couple of days. If you even get through the web of phone recordings for an appointment. Dropped off my Chevy Cruze for a service. They didn’t reset the counter and never finished the service. My wife and I went back the next day to have them fill the DEF tank. We had to wait two hours for a 10 minute deal. Gotta say don’t do it! Buy somewhere else or just don’t plan on using the service department.

Fast friendly and service department! Not your average up sell dealership, they give you what you need! Not as some other places in the Central Valley… Which try to push unnecessary products!!!

This review is on the service department at Ed Denas! Wow I am really amazed how awesome they were! My car had a leak in the water pump when I went to get an oil change they found out and they told me to go a week later too make sure it really was a water leak and definitely when I went back I needed a new water pump, I had my 3 kids with me while I waited! They told me my car would need to stay over night and if I wanted a rental! Yes of course! So I got a rental! Well the next day my car was ready and I was running late and they close at 5:30pm I called and spoke too Jose he told me he would wait for me to get there! I got there after 5:30pm and Jose, Ken, and Lupe were all waiting for me so that I can return the rental and get my own car back! Thank you so much I had an awesome experience I’m also so grateful for the extra warranty I have for my car, I paid nothing for the repairs or the rental, all I did was put gas in the rental! Truly recommend Ed Dena’s service department! Thanks again!

I took my pickup in to get the window motor fixed on a Wednesday, and was asked to make an appointment. I was able to make one for the next day at 8 in the morning, I had class from 7 to 11 and figured missing one class wouldn’t be the end of the world as long as I got my truck fixed, seeing as how I couldn’t go to school with my window rolled down anyways. Well, I wouldn’t have had such a horrible experience with these people if they didn’t take 3 days to fix something that should take 30 minutes to an hour. The problem was they kept putting people in front of me who apparently were more important, and on top of that, they didn’t even touch my car until the second day! By the time I got my pickup back I had to pay $ 130 for what was supposed to be warranty work because the people I have a warranty with said there is no way a window motor should take 3 days to fix! At first, they told me that the warranty didn’t cover window motors which was obviously a lie. I wish I would’ve known these people like to take advantage of people they think are stupid before I went to them. You have been warned!
