Great service, great prices as well! Have no idea what the last under me is probably saying but probably a mistake that was made! Don’t let just one review judge this great company!

Our Honda Civics’s windshield had a crack in it, and I figured we needed to replace it before we received a fix-it ticket for it. On a recommendation of a friend who had great service a few years ago, she said G Auto Glass. I had called to find out how much to replace the windshield and was told $ 150 installed. A few weeks later I call to set the appointment, ask yet again the price was told $ 150. I asked him he took credit-cards, he said yes. He set the appointment for 11:30 the next morning. First of all the worker shows up at 8:45a.m., 2+ hours before the appointment, ok guess I won’t be running my errands after-all. I discover that he doesn’t speak hardly any English, when I asked a question pertaining to the windshield he didn’t understand me. He got the windshield all replaced took about 45 minutes. I went out there to pay him and that’s where the real issue started. He handed me my tag and it had the price of $ 219.95 on it. I try to tell him that is not what I was quoted. He ends up calling in to the office and talking to them, and he agrees that ok I only have to pay him $ 150. I hand him my c/c to pay, he shakes his head at me indicating he can’t take the c/c. I end up having to write him a check. All in the all, the service was crappy. I can’t say I’ll go back, I felt as if they were trying to pull a bait and switch technique on me but I didn’t fall for it.
