[ April 28, 2015 ] We arrived at 9:30pm, and a girl(very nice, seemed new) immediately helped us. After making our sandwiches, she began to bag them. We already planned on eating there, so we asked for a tray, not wanting to waste the bags. A girl(I assume she is the manager) walked towards us from the back and said to us that they’re not giving out trays because they are closing. At this point, it is 9:40pm. I asked her(assumed manager) what time does the place close. She said 10pm. I asked another question: «What time is it?» She looked at her clock and said, «9:40.» Now, we aren’t messy eaters, nor disrespectful. We would have eaten our sandwiches in peace, cleaned up after ourselves, and left by 10pm. Because I didn’t comprehend what I just heard, I recapped, «It is 9:40 and you close at 10. Why?» She blatantly replied, «We have to mop and clean.» If the owner of this franchise is reading, please understand I don’t write bad reviews over petty things. Actually, I rarely write bad reviews, but I was compelled to share my experience. This situation should n e v e r happen. I’m sure she doesn’t reflect the everyday customer service of your Subway, but she could be costing you money. I probably won’t eat here again.

Friendly staff but cheap on veggies. I asked for avocado & the guy barely put any on my sandwich but still charged me for it.
