Bartel Air

Our air went out right before a big Brentwood/​Discovery Bay heat wave. I called all the companies in the local area but Bartel Air was the only one to return my call. They fit me into the schedule the next day and the technician was on time to the appointment.
Our air system had multiple problems which made it difficult to diagnose but the technician stuck with it and after ordering several different parts was able to pinpoint and repair the problem.
Excellent service and competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend them.

In the middle of a heat wave, in the middle of the night in our new place we found that the ac wasn’t working. Add also our 5 day old baby that was feeling the heat. I desperately started calling places at midnight to leave a message with a company hoping they could fit me in the next day. Because of the baby, I told them that I would be willing to pay a rushed fee if necessary. The next morning I received a phone call from Bartel Air. Kip left a message saying that he too has young children and understood the bind I was in. He fit me in the schedule and said that he would not charge me extra. A real classy move. Unfortunately I had already booked someone so I did not use them, but based on his empathy, professionalism and class I felt it necessary to make others aware. I will use them for all future needs.
