If I could give JIM CARLSON with INTERO a rating of «0» stars, I most certainly would. My wife and I are looking for a home to rent in the Discovery Bay/​Brentwood area. We did just as any other prospective renters would, and found a property online which was available for rent. We went to the house to get an idea of what it was like. We pulled up to the house, seeing NO sign in the FRONT yard, and with no vehicles in the driveway, and all other signs of no tenants, we were certain that the property was vacant, so we proceeded respectively to walk around the property and look into the wide open blinds. (Which incidentally confirmed the VACANT status of the dwelling!) Next thing we know, JIM CARLSON enters the home, to whom I waved from outside. JIM CARLSON comes to the door, and berates us with accusations of us TRESPASSING, and that he is going to call the Sheriff. All the while we were very respectively leaving the yard, to find that he attempted to block us in the driveway with an extremely poor parking job that blocked half of the street! So I verified his name, and the Realty that he so POORLY and UNPROFESSIONALLY REPRESENTED, and I thanked him for the information, and told him that would help us in the future because INTERO will be a realty that we WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARD A POTENTIAL TENANT!!! THANKS JIM! BEST OF LUCK IN YOUR REAL ESTATE CAREER…

What a real jerk! Blocked us in a driveway so my husband and I couldn’t get out just to degrade us for looking around a vacant home that was for rent! He was rude and raising his voice! ALL WITHA SMALL CHILD IN THE CAR WITH WINDOWS DOWN! She heard her father yelling at us! He should be ashamed! Would you want him selling/​renting to you? I think not!!! All he had to do was say to leave the property and that’s exactly what we were doing and he became very irate. Never do business with Intero or Jack, oops Jim Carlson!!!

I worked with Rob Martinson buying our home in Discovery Bay. Rob is by far the best Realtor I’ve worked with! He knows Discovery Bay extremely well and really put endless effort into the sale process exceeding our expectations. I highly recommend using Rob!

I was an agent with Randy 3 years ago, have know him since and have seen how he conducts business. He has always been professional, trustworthy, and ethical in all his business practice and in his personal life as well. I have never seen anyone dislike him and he remains friends with his cliental. He helps his co workers around the office and if there is a problem that needs to be solved he is always there to get it resolved.
