This is the real sunflower field. Suflowers were okay but mostly half dead as of 07÷06÷15

Just breathtaking! It’s definitely a must see at least once in your life. Do yourself a favor & go end of May/beginning of June. I went the end of June & by then they were mostly drooping already.

So we tried to go to the Field of Sunflowers on Olmo Ln first but couldn’t find it and it seemed like it was on a private road or something, soooo we tried this one and it was BEAUTIFUL. Never seen anything like it! FYI, there are a few fields around this area. Stopped there for probably a half hour around 8am or so… enough time to take a bunch of pictures as well as scare off a cow on accident… whoops. Idk where they’re walking them from, but a couple people had walked by separately with a cow and the second one that walked by got spooked by my brother getting out of the car. Totally innocent, but the cow ended up breaking loose and the person walking the cow got reeeeeally mad(at the situation, not us). The cow, after breaking free, ran towards my sister and I which freaked us out a little bit, but pretty sure she was just curious. So…if you go and see people walking cows, be courteous to them and make as little movement as possible: p
