Beware!!!
I brought in shutters to be repaired. I was told they would be ready in a couple days. It has been over a week. I have left at least 5 messages. i finally got a return call and was told I can pick up the shutters today or have them delivered to my house.
I explained it was urgent, as my house is going on the market and I needed the blinds today for the photo shoot tomorrow.
Well after 3 more messages, I am still waiting for a call back. Needless to say, I still do not have my shutters back. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO RETURN A PHONE CALL. Horrible service, yes it is a small job. If the job is too small don’t take it and save me the stress.
I hate to bash anyone, the is inexcusable.

Very happy with my new custom shutters. The whole process was very smooth. You can tell they really care about there customers. Finished product is absolutely stunning. I wish i could post pictures on here. Thank you guys!
