We have been blessed in having had Yes Charter Academy in our lives! My children had the best school experience they could have here, they learnt to love and respect nature, to work in harmony with others, to be the best students they can be, proud of their work and happy to learn. The passion they experienced and work’s ethics they developed will make the rest of their school career so much more productive and enjoyable. Every teacher is a rare jewel, The principal Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Hoerner offer professional –and yet caring– support to the whole school, to every pupil and to the students’ families.

This is a great school, nestled in the beautiful Yuba sierra foothills. It is generally above the fog, and below the snow.
With a focus on the understanding through the process of the scientific learning method more about the world and the environment. They strive to keep contact with the world, while taking advantage of advances in Technology, that allow the students to collaborate with other around the world to learn more. It is through science we question, test, and verify the changes we see in the world. That is learning at it best, in my mind.
