What a jerk. No exchanges on a brand new item? Plus a bad attitude? Meh, Methinks not.
I’m new to all this review stuff, and plan to add more reviews to my wonderful little town. Sorry my first review has to be a negative one — I hesitate, as I always want to support my town. But this guy goes out of his way to not bring back business. This is the wrong town to do that.

Update: unfortunately, the other partners opened a new store elsewhere, leaving it to the more unpalatable partner. With so many vape shops choices nearby, and online, there’s really no reason to pay 110% more to offer no exchanges, guarantees, refunds on ANY vaping product (note: that’s selective. Not by product, by customer) or to be consistently out of stock on others.
Throw in a nasty attitude, and a general disdain for the female sex and this is a recipe for avoid. I tried to stay loyal to the store because of the other partners, who were so wonderful, but when I was hung up on in the middle of inquiring about a product, enough was enough. There’s bad business, and then there’s abuse — I’m done.
